The Director is responsible for the success of the Un-managed Solution/ISV Partner business on a WW basis. The successful candidate is the pivotal liaison between the Subsidiary leads for Partner Business and the Worldwide Partner Group, and business groups responsible for field marketing and the business in WW subsidiaries. The person will play a key thought leadership role with high visibility and significant impact on the business performance of the group as they provide a holistic perspective on the business, to influence sales, marketing and produce direction.

Key responsibilities include the following:
Deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges, including competition, for the business in the subsidiaries and region.
Drive the strategic dialogue and alignment between Subsidiaries and Corporate H.Q as a community of business leaders
Direct the monthly Rhythm of the Business (ROB) business management process from the WPG perspective.
Oversee field planning, goals, metrics, and resources towards optimal performance.
Provide a structure to develop channel audience managers (50+) in the subsidiaries resolving customer, partner, and business issues including managing effective overall communications
Drive key strategic projects that are defined by senior executive management and field leadership levels.

Qualifications should include:
A minimum of 10+ years of product sales and marketing experience
International business experience preferred
Knowledge of open source market and industry trends would be beneficial.
Demonstrated knowledge of developing and leading sales marketing strategies/programs
Is able to develop a long term strategic vision for success while also being able to ensure successful execution of short term priorities.
20-30% domestic and international travel required.
Proven team management skills, with high morale scores, attractor of talent and developing people
