The mission of the Partner Strategy and Programs group is to drive revenue and CPE through the continued growth of a loyal and profitable Partner Ecosystem, lead program strategy development, enable partner communities, be accountable for partner communications channels and focus on long term capacity planning. This team drives partner membership, attainment by level and competency, deep partner engagement, high utilization of MPN benefits, a high quality online and in-person partner experience to ensure revenue growth, positive partner satisfaction and perception around engagement with Microsoft.

This WW Partner Marketing Manager role will drive how we develop and enable our Managed Microsoft Partners to create Customer demand in the marketplace leveraging existing assets available through the Microsoft Partner Network but also how we continue new ways to support Partners to reach new customers.

• Drive adoption of Through Partner Marketing process for Managed Partners
• Work with Partner Sales Team to ensure Marketing activities are enabled and activated through the Partner Solution Planning (PSP) process
• Drive adoption of Through Partner engines to support Demand Generation and Opportunity Optimization.
• Develop and support break through thinking in how we create demand through our Managed Partners
• Develop and land strategy across marketing motions of Channel Awareness, Demand Gen and Opportunity Optimization
• Develop and land campaigns that align to Channel Incentives for Managed/Gold Partners
• Work across Business Groups to drive Through Partner Marketing
• Work closely with the various Business Groups to ensure Corporate Campaigns have Partner embedded and are included in all planning process and funded to support subsidiary goals.
• Develop through Partner Marketing as an investable engine for Business Groups to build process and content to drive demand through Partner

We are looking for a highly motivated individual that combines strong business acumen together with strong background marketing through indirect channels. Candidates should have demonstrated excellent problem resolution and decision making skills and be able to deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment. This is a high visibility role that involves strategic communication at all levels. You will have proven excellence in cross group collaborative projects, including the very important ability to drive non-reporting groups to perform and deliver.
Initiative, strong oral and written communication skill, and the ability to work as part of a team environment are essential. In-depth business knowledge of Marketing through Channel is required, using traditional and developing new ways through Digital. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of related industry experience in three or more of the following: strategic consulting, program management, Channel Sales & Marketing. International travel may be required. A BS/BA degree required. MBA or MS preferred.
