Description:
This newly created discipline owner within SMS&P will be responsible for managing and supporting the A-13 implementation of the strategic framework for growing revenue and improving CPE through the Tele-sales channel.
The role of the GTM for Tele includes responsibility for the assimilation, development and delivery of a strategically relevant curriculum to support the SMS&P sales and satisfaction objectives.
o This includes managing the vehicle delivery of readiness programs across the available set of digital platforms, on a maximized return/cost-effective basis.
o In addition the GRL is also expected to collaborate, integrate and leverage readiness related content from across the Worldwide Partner Group, Customer Service and Support, Business Marketing, Product Development and other corporate based Microsoft organizations.
o Further, the GTM must also develop and deliver a compelling ROI analysis, based on the demonstrated measurement of sustained performance in revenue growth and increased customer& partner satisfaction.
o The analysis requires that the measurement be directly attributed to the positive intervention of readiness. This work must then be integrated into the broader strategic framework for modeling investment alternatives and requirements for building a scalable Tele operation to support future business growth.
Working with the A-13 Tele Leads and the SMB GBLs and GRLs, this person will own the development of an integrated and comprehensive Tele-readiness plan, that incorporates and spans the functional dependencies of the SMS&P marketing and sales strategy.
Skills required:
o A minimum of five year's experience managing an international B2B tele-managed operation, which included responsibility for leading the delivery of training content to build proficiency on a geographically distributed basis. (i.e., sales, service and/or support).
o Demonstrated success in applying program management tools and techniques to achieve business objectives.
o Strong IT industry knowledge.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Familiarity with business modeling and a basic understanding of corporate finance.
o Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
