Program and Process Manager, Tele
Microsoft seeks an experienced inside sales process manager to drive process and program management of Corporate Accounts Tele-Web sales functions for customer and partner management.
The responsibilities for this role include:
1. Defining and managing process methodology and procedures for driving revenue and CPE performance across Tele-sales and Tele-marketing functions in SMSG
2. Building strong connections with the Area and Subsidiary leaders to institutionalize leading practices and manage global adoption on a consistent and sustained basis.
3. Own and drive the evolution and execution of the customer, partner and competitive intelligence gathering process of Account Discovery and Profiling. Define a plan for incorporating Partner provided account information, - along with verifiable information synthesized from additional data sources - into a richer set of business intelligence. Analyze for new insights for informing opportunities for differentiation, growth, and satisfaction.
4. Develop and support cross group relationship with the Business Groups, BMO, and other stakeholders that are eager to incorporate the gathered intelligence through ADP into business strategies and priorities.
5. Work closely with Sales Excellence, Tele Effectiveness, Product Management and IT to align and embed processes into field guidance, playbooks, GSX and other system vehicles for supporting Subsidiary implementation.
6. Develop and cultivate a subsidiary community of managers that are passionate about the business potential of operating from a strong basis of process management. Enlist the group to collectively design, develop and evangelize the adoption of scalable leading practices for reaching customers and partners to grow revenue and satisfaction.
7. Own and manage the WW Tele Process Library (A SharePoint site) while continuing to position it as the definitive source of official reference on Tele process and policies for driving revenue and satisfaction.
Skills required:
Success in a process management assignment that involved applying aspects of statistical process control.
Previous experience leading a sales, service and/or support team.
Demonstrated achievement in a quota based sales role.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
A passion for software and the potential it represents.
