Summary:
The Technology, Consulting and Integration Solutions (TCIS) Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business in an existing or prospective account in a particular region. You will draw upon the consulting and domain expertise of the Consulting and Integration Services organization to close and deliver new business. Apply sales discipline and best practices to penetrate new accounts and continually work to improve client satisfaction. Also, would be responsible for orders, revenue and profit for the region, with specific responsibility to the TCIS P&L and overall profitable growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Location(s): Various U.S. cities in West, Mid-west, and East Regions

The ideal sales executive will possess a strong proficiency in professional services sales driving the sales of key solutions in the areas of Application Modernization and Outsourcing (AMOS), Application Security and Data Center Transformation (DCT) (virtualization--server and desktop, data center planning and consolidation, storage, systems management and cloud computing).

Successful track record of quickly qualifying and pursuing new opportunities tied to AMOS, DCT and Security solutions. Ideally, one who has had quota ownership of $5M-$10M, in closing complex deals.

Strong capability in sales leadership, with the ability to drive successful closure of deals in a specific geography. Quickly grow client credibility with the ability to interact across multiple levels of management and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will orchestrate all due diligence resulting in client penetration and sales. Work closely with executive leadership and client relationship managers to pursue and close business.

The successful candidate must be able to work across a matrixed organization to achieve objectives. This includes other divisions, alliance partners, and staff roles.

Day to Day Work:
The Technology, Consulting and Integration Solutions (TCIS) Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business in an existing or prospective account in a particular region. Specific solution focus is: AMOS, Security and DCT. You will structure deals and create a vision for a client by creating a strategic roadmap that articulates the entire services solution in a way that is appealing to the client. Engage the consulting and domain expertise of the Consulting and Integration Services organization to close and deliver new business. Apply sales discipline and best practices to penetrate new accounts and continually work to improve client satisfaction. Responsible for orders, revenue and profit for the region with specific responsibility to the TCIS P&L and overall profitable growth within the region

Required:
At least 10 years of experience in business development and selling within a consulting or professional services organization. Quota ownership and attainment in the range of $5M-$10M in selling services with a focus on application modernization, application security and application outsourcing.

Compensation:
