Qualifications
Strong prospecting skills are a must. The ability to build and maintain a high quality and sustainable pipeline is crucial.
Highly motivated self-starter with proven track record of territory/account development.
Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
Proven track record of sales achievement via quota.
Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience selling to executive management.
Initiative and the ability to start from a blank page.
Quick learner that can master new products and services easily.
An ability to work a complex sales environment, managing multiple decision makers and influencers.
Experience or passion in leadership development/organizational development a must.
Bachelors Degree; MBA preferred.
