Loathing a job change

I feel like I am in a dead end sales job. My comp plan has changed and the product is not in demand. However I don't want to go to another struggling company. Beyond some research and specific interview questions, does anyone know how to really find out what type of company you are really interviewing with?

I think you really need to do your due diligence. You need to spend a couple of hours on the computer reaching the company through LinkedIn and even Facebook. I would even go so far as to send a couple of random emails through LinkedIn and just ask someone politely how they like their job. I would also pay close attention to turn over ratio, attitudes of sales manager, etc. Good luck! Keep a positive attitude.
