Everyone knows what a horrible year 2009 was so does that mean when you are interviewing you will get reprive if you did not hit 100% of your quota?

Well everyone would like to think that you get a pass for 2009 but if you are not at about 80% of your number, I think you'll still have trouble finding a new job.
