Running Scared

I realize things are tough for sales people in general today but I feel like I am going to have a nervous breakdown. I'm so anxious about my sales and commissions. I'm making more calls but it's not resulting in more sales. I feel a ton of pressure to sell more and am nervous about my income in 2010. Does anyone have any advice on how they handle all the pressure?
